About Trailkind Endurance
Trailkind Endurance was created from a deep love of trails, community, and the belief that endurance events can be both challenging and welcoming.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, Trailkind Endurance exists to create community-driven trail races and endurance experiences where every runner feels like they belong — whether they’re chasing a podium, tackling their first ultra, hiking their first loop, or simply showing up for the adventure.
We believe the best events are about more than finish times. They’re about the people who cheer at aid stations, the volunteers who stay until the final finisher, the conversations shared on the trail, and the feeling of being part of something bigger than yourself.
Our goal is to build events that are inclusive, thoughtfully organized, and rooted in kindness, stewardship, and connection to the outdoors. We want runners of all backgrounds, paces, and experience levels to feel welcomed, supported, and inspired the moment they arrive at one of our events.
Trailkind Endurance is proud to continue the legacy of community-focused races like Hamster Endurance Runs while helping grow an even stronger, more inclusive trail running community in the Pacific Northwest.
Run long. Be kind.

Alicia Browder is the founder of Trailkind Endurance LLC and the Race Director of Hamster Endurance Runs beginning in 2027.
A lifelong runner and longtime member of the Pacific Northwest trail and ultrarunning community, Alicia is passionate about creating welcoming, community-driven events where every runner feels supported — from first-time racers to experienced ultrarunners. She believes the best races are built on kindness, inclusivity, good volunteers, shared adventure, and the connections made along the trail.
In addition to directing races, Alicia works as a Physical Therapist Assistant and running coach, helping runners of all levels train sustainably and confidently for everything from road races to ultramarathons. She is deeply involved in the Bellingham trail running community through local group runs, volunteer work, and community events.
Through Trailkind Endurance, Alicia hopes to continue building events that feel challenging, joyful, welcoming, and deeply connected to the people who make the trail community special.
